Yes to all but what do we call 'young middle aged' and 'old middle aged.' You want something that doesn't sound THAT terrible like 'prime of life' and 'winding down' but whatever you choose it's gonna sound AWFUL. I just say 'old' so when I really am old it won't seem so shocking but I know it's not going to work.
