Hello!

Some old, saved things for you while I️ “acclimatize” to life in Berlin (I’ve been spending my days so far doing tourist things with my husband - who was here for a week - and kid, hanging out in daycare - a thing parents are expected to do in Berlin as their kids are starting school - arranging babysitting - and attending long, formal meals at the American Academy while also chasing a toddler who is spilling things while also being already socially awkward. I️ will post comics about all this soon. For now - on the free substack - some Instagram-style cartoons I️ made a little while ago, and a story I️ made for the New Yorker about being disenchanted with, uh, “Twitter” - and for those of you who subscribe to paid substack - a several-months-old comic about the playground, and also my eternal gratitude (free subscribers get the gratitude, too!).
